Yes
Do they have a kids menu?
No, but they are extremely helpful and accommodating. I'm sure they would prepare a small Mac & cheese (A regular menu item) or something for a child. However, El Gaucho is a fine dining experience, and not somewhere I would recommend taking kids unless they're extremely well behaved.
Where to park?!!!
Free valet parking. They ask that you tip the driver.

When doesn’t the valet start?
Sorry Don, I have no idea, I just used the parking garage and took the elevator up to the restaurant. Parking was free (up to three hours) since the restaurant validated the ticket.
